We take pride in our delivery of Nursing and Care workers on average we service some 75 clients per week delivering in excess of 5000 care hours

Care & Support

Our Care workers are carefully screened and selected, via a telephone interview and then if suitable wed invite people to meet with us. Through our interview process we carefully check our worker’s backgrounds.

Through a face to face interview process we discuss their history of care work, check and test their competencies and ultimately decide If they are right for us – we very much instil a culture of “would we like that person looking after us” if we needed care.

When we offer a worker a position with R Care we take then through a compliance process that includes:

  • Referencing covering a 5-year period
  • Full enhanced disclosure in our company name – we then ask that this is placed on update
  • Training – we cover some 22 Units of mandatory training – blended e-learning and practical
  • We don’t stop there – we also deliver QCF level 2 and 3
  • Once a worker’s compliance is complete we then invite the for an induction

Upon completion, of our checks, training and induction our worker is made available for work. We have workers that are available for Long Days, Waking Nights, Sleep Overs and 24-hour work.

When booked, workers will arrive to your service dressed appropriately – if you have asked for uniformed staff they will be wearing our company Tunic along with a real id badge that has their photograph encrypted.
